The Pelletier Construction Story
Pelletier Construction started with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a builder who actually listens. From the beginning, founder Ryan Pelletier focused on understanding what his clients wanted out of their homes — and doing the work to get them there, the right way.
What started with smaller renovation projects quickly evolved as Ryan recognized the growing needs of homeowners across Kirkland, Bellevue, Woodinville, Redmond, Kenmore, Clyde Hill, Medina, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Sammamish, and Bothell. Families weren’t just looking to update finishes—they needed homes that could adapt to changing lifestyles, accommodate multigenerational living, create more functional space, and support their plans for the future.
As those needs grew, so did Pelletier Construction. The company expanded from renovations into whole-home remodels, home additions, and ADU development, helping homeowners reimagine what’s possible within the home they already have. Today, Pelletier Construction is known for guiding families through big projects with expert craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and a transparent process from start to finish.

I’m a builder before I’m anything else.
When I was young, I wanted to get into flipping houses — and the way I approach everything in life is hands-on, so I didn’t start by reading about it. I went to work for a carpenter who flipped homes and learned to build one job at a time. Somewhere in there, the houses stopped being the goal. I fell in love with the work itself.
That carried me through years with some of the area’s best builders, working high-end remodels and outdoor living spaces as a lead carpenter, then foreman, then project manager, and on the client-facing side in sales. I’ve sat in nearly every seat on a project, which is exactly why I can walk through your home and tell you what it’ll really take — the labor, the materials, the timeline, and the small things that quietly turn into big problems when no one’s watching for them.
I also spent a few years as a licensed real estate agent, focused on investment properties, to learn the money side of a home inside and out. What that means for you is simple: straight answers. I’ll tell you which improvements are worth your money and which ones aren’t, so your budget goes toward the things that make your home better to live in.
And I haven’t just built homes for other people — I built my own off-grid home in Hawaiʻi, from the ground up. So when I ask you to trust me with your house, it’s nothing I haven’t already done on my own, with my own two hands.

How long will my project take?
Every project is different, so we provide a detailed timeline up front and keep you informed throughout. We pride ourselves on fast estimates — typically 24–72 hours after the initial site visit — and you’ll always get a verbal price range at that first visit. (Larger or new-construction projects may take a little longer for a full written estimate.)
